The IEEE INFOCOM 2014 conference solicits submission of papers describing significant and innovative research contributions to the field of computer and data communication networks. We invite submissions on network architecture, design, implementation, operations, analysis, measurement, performance, and simulation.

Up to five of the best papers from INFOCOM will be fast-tracked in the IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, with a streamlined journal review process. Acceptance of fast-tracked papers in ToN is not guaranteed, but is more likely than a regular submission. For details of this process, please refer to
