Final Workshop Paper Submissions To IEEE INFOCOM 2014
For
workshop papers ONLY
Final versions of accepted
papers must be uploaded to EDAS for inclusion in the INFOCOM
Workshops proceedings and to be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
Deadline: 28
February 2014
IEEE and IEEE Communications
Society Policies
To ensure appropriate
consideration of conflicts of interest during the review process,
the ComSoc prohibits changes to the list of authors once a paper has
been submitted for review during review, revision, or (if accepted)
final publication. The author list may be changed only prior to the
paper review submission deadline.
To be published in the IEEE
INFOCOM 2014 Workshops Proceedings and to be eligible for
publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is
required to register for the IEEE WORKSHOPS at the appropriate rate
listed on the IEEE INFOCOM Registration page. The paper
must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless
the IEEE INFOCOM Workshop Chair grants permission for a substitute
presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to
present and answer questions. Non-refundable
registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE
formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For
authors with multiple accepted papers, one workshop registration is
valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers
will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®. If
you also have a paper in the main conference you must register for
both the conference and the workshop.
Revise your Paper
Please read the reviews of your
paper and follow the reviewers' recommendations for revising it and
preparing the final version. When you are done with the revision,
please print out your paper and carefully proof read it. Review
formatting requirements can be found at:
http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/AuthorTools/conferenceTemplates.html
IEEE PDF eXpress
Use IEEE PDF eXpress to check
if your paper is Xplore compatible.

Register for the Workshop
For each accepted paper, at
least one author must register for the workshop before uploading the
final paper. Workshop registration is separate
from the registration for the rest of IEEE INFOCOM.
If you also have a paper in the main conference you must
register for both the conference and the workshop.
For registration, please go to
the Registration page of the IEEE INFOCOM 2014 website www.ieee-infocom.org/2014 and
follow the instructions. After completing your
registration you will receive an email receipt, followed by an email
with your registration code. Write this number down, you will need
to use it to upload your paper into EDAS.
Present at the Workshop
Each paper must be presented by
an author of that paper at the workshop unless a written permission
for a substitute presenter is granted by the IEEE INFOCOM Workshop
Chair in advance of the event. The substitute presenter must
be qualified both to present and answer questions regarding the
paper. A paper not presented or presented by a non-author
without prior written approval by the Workshop Chairs will be
removed from the final INFOCOM Workshops proceedings before
submitting to IEEE Xplore. In this case, no refund will be
given for workshop registration. (See full author policy above)

Your final paper must be
submitted no later than 28 February 2014 (HARD deadline) in order to
be included in the INFOCOM Workshops proceedings. The maximum number
